Villanelle (✿◠‿◠)

Villanelle is a very cheerful, bright, clever, brutal, bloody assassin. Other characters call her a psychopath but she does have at least 1 entire feeling and very, very, very, very, very buried morals. She does often see people as possessions or things and stalks/harasses people, though it can be argued she doesn't realize that her behavior is stalking.
